"The booking experience on line was complicated and lacked intelligible explanation. I had to give up and use the telephone. It had already taken me much of the morning and I was rescued by your excellent switchboard. I was quoted £33 plus £1.50 making a total of £34.50, but your machine stated £35.50. By then I was too exhausted to argue over the £1 difference! I would otherwise have awarded the full five stars of which you are all most worthy. I paid a tip of £5 to your excellent driver"
