"I booked an E-class. I got a Merc black cab. I accept that they didn't have the booked vehicle available but then they refused to make a financial adjustment. Not able to argue in Luton at 01:30 when I want to get to Manchester. Taxicode didn't want to know. Extremely poor service."

"The taxi arrived 45 minutes late after we called at 10am (pick up time) and were told he was in Brent Cross, we were supposed to be picked up in Brentwood! They said they had no post code - this had been completed at booking they also had our phone number but no one called to ask this info. The taxi driver then had to stop for petrol, now an hour late into what should have been an hour journey to Luton for a flight - we got there with minutes to spare and had to run through departures to make sure we were through before check in shut. We thought we had booked an executive taxi - no water in the back for us and no air conditioning in the car - we were told to open the windows - not great on a motorway! Really not happy with the service and would not recommend nor would book again."

"Our plane was delayed 90 minutes. It was described as a no show by the driver who obviously was oblivious to the workings of the arrivals info. Text x 3 and rang 9 times to try and get in contact with the driver or company with no success. Ended up waiting 40 minutes with children and a pensioner before taking an alternative company. Still waiting for my refund. Not pleased"

"The Taxi did not turn up at all - Waited 20 Minutes and had to call the company several times before answering only to be told the driver went to the wrong postcode!! JD instead of JB even though booked on line with the correct Postcode.. Told them to cancel the return journey (as we had to drive to the airport to avoid missing the flight) and incurred a £120 parking from mid term carpark.. The driver still turned up on the return date and time.. Derr.... Will not be using them again - Ever."

"If it where possible to give this no stars I would. The taxi didn't turn up on time, when it finally arrived it wasn't big enough and had to be sent away. They then refused to give us any sort of reasonable replacement. We had to find another taxi, pay again at a premium rate. We missed our lounge booking and very nearly missed our plane. Terrible service, rude dishonest customer service and I will never use them again. I still haven't had a refund and they have charged me an extra £5 for changing the time of a cab that didn't turn up!! "
