"The outward journey was okay although the driver had the wrong address so was a little late! However, the return trip was a disaster. The driver texted me to say he was waiting outside the airport - thought you weren't allowed to do that in any case. I was in Berlin, the taxi was for my 84 year old mother and her 86 year old friend. The 80 year olds didn't have their mobile phones with them and don't know how to do texts. They looked for the driver when they got through and couldn't see anyone holding up a sign with their name on. They hung about for a bit then got a cab from the rank. I finally saw the text and called the driver to explain the situation. He didn't seem to understand me and texted me later to ask if they'd left the airport!!!! Very disappointing."

"I booked my taxi for 7am to go to Gatwick. I woke up whoever answered the phone and asked at 7.10am where was my taxi. I was told on its way. No call from driver up to this point. The driver even though he had address details said he went to wrong house. My taxi arrived at 7.37 am. Driver was apologetic and I made it Gatwick airport to see my client to exchange documents and catch my flight. The journey was good and the driver nice and polite the time keeping terrible. "

No communication until I called to clarify that he was still coming. Not what you want when you have a flight to catch. Per your policy about charging extra for waiting, I feel this should work both ways and we should be refunded at least 50% of the total fare."

"The information provided in booking of this Heathrow pickup and in conversations before the journey were completely ignored! The flight number was provided and a drivers note added to the booking that it may be early and to please track it. I was assured in a phone call this would happen. Not only was the driver not there to meet the early flight, but arrived 45 minutes later than the time originally set on the booking! A glossy web site and slick booking process masks a bad service. I will never use again and will advise others to avoid."
