"The driver himself was amazing and so nice and helpful on the way there and back, but the evening pickup from Ascot was 45 minutes late by the time we got on the minibus at 7:45pm. However, the traffic was gridlocked at Royal Ascot and nothing was moving so I don’t think this was the driver’s fault and he was doing all he could to get to us and kept in communication very well. All in all, a great driver! "

It seemed to just take the postcode for the airport address and gave that to the driver as the pickup location. So the driver duly parked up at that postcode (a hotel near the terminal) and I had to walk. Not a massive issue but would have been nicer to not have to walk"
